Obituary of Richard Tisi
It is with profound sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Richard Tisi on Tuesday, January 21, 2025, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital.
Richard was a devoted father to Melissa and Trisha (Zac), and a proud grandfather to Aiden, Noah, and Charlie. He will be dearly missed by his loving siblings, Ron (Gloria), Norm (Gisele), Suzanne (the late Les), and Bob, along with his many nieces and nephew. Richard was predeceased by his beloved parents, Armand and Thérèse Tisi.
A hard-working man, Richard spent much of his career with Highway Clearing Construction. In his down time, he loved watching sports with friends, especially cheering on the Montreal Canadiens. GO HABS GO!
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE, 827 East Main St, Welland, ON. In accordance with Richard’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a small intimate celebration of life will happen with his immediate family. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Canadian Lung Foundation.
Richard’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
