Obituary of Karen Ann Storm
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Karen Storm on Monday, June 15, 2026, at the age of 72.
Karen will be deeply missed by her loving partner, Tom McArthur. She was a devoted and loving mother to John (Tanya) McArthur and a proud grandmother to Jesse and Lucas McArthur, who brought immense joy to her life.
Karen was a dear sister to Pat Williams (Dan), Sharon Panton (John), and Jocelyn Romano (the late George). She will also be fondly remembered by her sister-in-law Gail and brother-in-law Gary, as well as by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends whose lives she touched through her kindness and generosity.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents, William and Mercelyn (née Clark) Storm, and by her siblings Melvin, Larry, David, Joan, and Janice. Though they are gone before her, their memories remained close to her heart throughout her life.
Karen had a deep love for cooking and took great pleasure in preparing meals for family and friends. Her kitchen was often the heart of gatherings, where she expressed her care and hospitality through the food, she lovingly prepared. She also enjoyed travelling and embraced opportunities to explore new places, creating lasting memories along the way. Whether at home with loved ones or discovering somewhere new, Karen appreciated life's simple pleasures and valued the time spent with those she cared about most.
Karen will be remembered for her warm heart, gentle spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. Her love, strength, and kindness will remain in the hearts of all who knew her. She leaves behind a legacy of cherished memories and will be profoundly missed by her family and friends.
Forever loved, always remembered.
