Meg, so sorry to have read of Bob's passing; I know we chatted, but... Thought we put a condolence in but don't see it; maybe the paper. Nonetheless, sincerest condolences to you and the family. We were out of town for the 'Celebration of Life'.
Bob was usually quiet but always a gentleman; wish we knew him better.
Will see you in the neighbourhood some time.

On behalf of the Jimmy Marando Swing Band, we are extremely saddened to hear of Bob's passing. Bob came out to our rehearsals all the way till late October of 2023 and we all loved him very much. Bob was such a kind soul and true gentleman. When he could still play his accordion, he added so much to the sound of our band.
We will miss him dearly.
