Obituary of Laurette Collins

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the death of Laurette Collins (née Lacroix) on Thursday, July 25, 2024, at the age of 83. Laurette was the beloved wife and best friend of Clement Collins. She was a cherished mother to Richard (May) and Diane Collins. Laurette will be deeply missed by her grandchild Candice (Christian) and her 3 great-grandchildren: Lucas, Megan and Anthony. She was also a dear sister to Rheal (Lois) and Maryanne (Paul). Laurette was predeceased by her parents Roland and Anita (née Georgineault).

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE. Keeping with Laurette’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends for a graveside service at Holy Cross Cemetery on Friday, August 2, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. 

Laurette's loving presence and warmth will be remembered by all who knew her.
