Obituary of Lori Anne Mack
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Lori Anne Mack (née Clarkson) on Tuesday August 13, 2024, at the age of 59. Lori was the devoted and loving wife of Tim Mack. She was the love of his life during their 34 years of marriage. She was the devoted and loving mother of Chad and Tye Mack (Teanna). She was the adoring and very proud grandmother to her 3 grandsons: Beau, Evan, and Luka Mack. Loving daughter of Henry J. and the late Dorothy (2023) Clarkson. Dear sister of Henry S. Clarkson (Shannan) and Kelly Brochu (Mark). Dear sister-in-law of Susan Giguere (Larry), Ellen LeMay (George) and Karen Anderson (Al). Loving aunt to Cierra and Caleb Clarkson, Noah Brochu, Melissa and Eric Giguere, Shannon McComber, and Ryan LeMay. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, great-nieces, and nephews. Lori was predeceased by her father and mother-in-law Harold and Clara Mack, and grandparents Alexander and Veronica Hlywka.
Lori was a Registered Nurse for 34 years and recently served as a charge nurse within the Intensive Care Unit at the Welland Hospital site of the Niagara Health System.
She was a devoted nurse who dedicated her life to the care and well-being of others. Known for her hard work, deep knowledge, and unwavering commitment to her patients and colleagues, she went above and beyond in every aspect of her profession. Her compassion and dedication left a lasting impact on those she served and the relationships she cherished.
Lori’s greatest achievement in life were her two boys who she was immensely proud of and supported unwaveringly through their journey in life. In recent years, the light of her life was her three beautiful grandchildren who filled her heart with joy. They have inherited a guardian angel who will accompany them every step of the way on their journey through life.
The family would like to thank Dr. P. Oliverio, Dr. B. Leber, Dr. T. Berg, the Oncology, Hematology and Stem-Cell Transplant Units at Juravinski Hospital, Dr. H.
