Obituary of Justin McConnell

Obituary It is with shattered hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Justin McConnell at the Welland Hospital on January 7, 2019. Cherished son of Terry and Louise McConnell (née Bertrand). Loving brother of Chris (Clare). Loving grandparents Bart and Beverley (McConnell) and Colombe (Bertrand) Gater. He will be missed by many uncles, aunts and his cousins. He will also be missed by his 2 nieces; Kherrington and Willow. Predeceased by his Pepère, Len Bertrand and his beloved dog 'Titan'. Although Justin suffered with many medical issues throughout his life, he always said he was too stubborn to stay down but now his fight is over. An extra special thank you to the Welland Dialysis Unit for their years of love and special care and to Justin's doctors at Juravinski Cancer Center, as well as his doctors in Welland, St Catherines and Toronto. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME. In keeping with Justin's wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life held on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 1-5 p.m. at Niagara Falls Fire Station 6, 8037 Schisler Rd. Niagara Falls. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Canadian Cancer Society and Kidney Foundation will be appreciated by the family.
