Obituary ROBERT - Joseph 1943-2018 At the Greater Niagara General Hospital on October 30, 2018 Joseph Robert passed away at the age of 74. Devoted husband of 41 years of Rose (nee St. Louis). Loving father of Amy (Thomas Norman). Cherished papa of Aidan and Carter. He will be missed by his siblings; Raymond (Sharon), Denis, Marcel (Irene) and Frances. Predeceased by his parents Edward and Delima (nee Lapierre) and 3 brothers Lionel, Moe and Gerry. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland, Saturday, November 3, 2018 from 2-4 p.m. Cremation will follow.
