Obituary of Lucie Demers

Obituary It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Lucie Demers (née Savoie) on August 22nd, 2018 at Douglas Memorial Hospital, at the age of 67. Beloved wife of Noël for 34 years. Loving mother of Jason (Debbie) and Jennifer. She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren; Dallas, Austin (Julia) and Ally. Lucie is survived by her mother Gabrielle (née Berthelette). Dear sister of Serge (Rollande), Richard and Ruth. Predeceased by her father Raymond and brother Luc. Keeping with Lucie's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland on Sunday, August 26th, 2018 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. Celebration of Life will be held at the funeral home during visitation at 3 p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Rose City Kids, would be greatly appreciated by the family.
