Obituary of Ruth Coxon

Obituary Passed away on June 7th, 2018 at Garden City Manor Long Term Care, at the age of 78. Cherished mother of Bill, John and Darlene (Mark). Sadly missed by her grandchildren; Chad, Emily (Steve), Ian (Courtney), Brandon (Haley) and her great-grandchild; Luca. Ruth leaves behind her brothers; George (Sandra) and Ken (Kathleen) and brother-in-law Fred. Predeceased by her parents John-Frank and Hazel Evans (née Anderson), brother Frank (Lillian), sisters Norma (Joe) and Judy , as well as, her precious grandson Eric. Ruth will be dearly missed by many nieces, nephews and friends. Ruth spent a lot of her time volunteering in her life including the Welland Transit, Niagara Police and enjoyed her nights out with the Rebekah Lodge Ladies. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland on Sunday, June 10th, 2018 from 2 p.m.- 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Monday, June 11th, 2018 at 10 a.m. Interment will take place at a later date.
