I am saddened to hear of the passing of my Godfather Jean. As a youngster Jean (and Teresa) practically raised me while my parents worked. He was a comedian and ever patient with a little kid running wild. Jean bought me my first hockey stick and puck when I was four. I terrorized them with hockey hockey hockey as I grew up in that house on McAlpine. Thank you for everything. Rest In Peace Jean. God Bless.

My prayers, thoughts and deepest sympathies are with all of you. Jean became part of our family when he and Teresa got married and he moved into the house next door. He was always smiling under any and every circumstance thrown at him. Even in his illness he never complained. He was a beautiful. gentle soul. I will miss seeing him on McAlpine and at St Andrew's Church. Rest in Peace Jean.
