Obituary of Constance Clendening

Obituary CLENDENING - Constance 1932-2018 With family by her side Constance Clendening (née Leeder), passed away in her 86th year on Thursday, January 18th, 2018. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (2008). Loving mother of Rick (Lise) Clendening, Doug (Jackie) Clendening, Rene (Bruce) Fisher, Sandra (John) Szeman and Leanne (Gary) Clendening-Purpur. She will be sadly missed by her 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Connie was a lifelong baseball fan. She enjoyed cheering on her favourite team the Toronto Blue Jays. Connie was a former secretary of the The Golden Age Club and participated in the Niagara Square mall walking group The Square Striders for many years. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland February 17th, from 11a.m. until service time commencing at 1p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will take place at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by the family.
