Obituary of Gabriel van der Loop

It is with great sadness that the family of Gabriel van der Loop in his 84th year announces his passing at the N.H.S. Welland Site on November 11th. Husband of the late Norma van der Loop (nee Ellis). Cherished father of David (Melissa) van der Loop and Ann (Randy) Corsini. Dear friend of Dorene Williams (Trenton). Son of the late Hendricus and Madeline (nee. Laurauw) van der Loop. Brother of the late Marie- Louise Termote. Gabriel was a long time member of the Knights of Columbus and The Carpenters Union. In keeping with Gabriel's wishes cremation has taken place. Intentions for Gabriel will be held during mass on January 20th, 2017 at 4:30 p.m. at St. Peters Catholic Church, in Trenton Ontario. Donations in memory of Gabriel may be made online to Alzheimer's Society of Canada, Canadian Heart and Stroke Foundation and Canadian Cancer Society.
