Obituary of Fernand Rouillard

It's with great sadness that our family announce the sudden passing of Fernand Rouillard, on Friday June 24th 2016 at Douglas Memorial Hospital, in Fort Erie in his 84th year. Loving husband of Camilla, father of Suzanne Mantha (Gilles ), Lorraine Therrien (Henry), Fernande Rouillard-Poulin (Jeff), Richard, Roger and Gates Rouillard. Dear grandfather to Gilliane (Jay), Luke (Cassandra), Bobby (Leah), Daniel, Allen, Naythan, Ryan, Andrea (George), Brandon, Jordan, Riley. He will be sadly missed by 11 great grand children. Fernand was predeceased by his parents Napoleon & Lumima, 2 sisters, grandchildren Marc, Nathalie & Blake. The Rouillard family would like to extend their gratitude to Dr. Scher and all the Personal Support Workers (PSW) and nurses at the Douglas Memorial Hospital in Fort Erie for all the care they gave our father during this difficult time. Mr. Rouillard was a proud member of the Chevaliers de Colomb 8296 council. Funeral Details In respect to Mr. Rouillard's wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation are to be held on Monday July 4th from 10:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. at the Welland Funeral Home, 827 East Main Street, Welland On. A Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Church at 2:30 p.m. Inurnment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations in Mr. Rouillard's memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and Diabetes Association would be greatly appreciated by the family. Service Information
