Those we love remain with us, for love itself lives on, and cherished memories never fade, because a loved one's gone. Those we love can never be more than a thought apart for as long as there is memory, they'll live on in the heart.
I have many memories of Yogi making me laugh. I loved calling her Yogi Bear. She did not have an easy life and I pray she will be at peace in Heaven where there is no more pain or sadness. Rest In Peace Yogi Bear!

Dear Yogi's Family
How sad I was to hear of the passing of your mother. I pray for comfort in your loss and the knowledge that she will always live on in the loving memories that you will carry with you forever.
I'll always remember fondly our visits to Swiss Chalet to see your mom in action - she was the master and made it so delightful!
When my mom died a good friend sent me the following poem and I remember the solace it brought to me. May it provide some comfort to you as well.

The Rose Beyond The Wall
Near shady wall a rose once grew,
Budded and blossomed in God's free light,
Watered and fed by morning dew,
Shedding its sweetness day and night.
As it grew and blossomed fair and tall,
Slowly rising to loftier height,
It came to a crevice in the wall
Through which there shone a beam of light.
Onward it crept with added strength
With never a thought of fear or pride,
It followed the light through the crevice's length
And unfolded itself on the other side.
The light, the dew, the broadening view
Were found the same as they were before,
And it lost itself in beauties new,
Breathing its fragrance more and more.
Shall claim of death cause us to grieve
And make our courage faint and fall?
Nay! Let us faith and hope receive --
The rose still grows beyond the wall,
Scattering fragrance far and wide
Just as it did in days of yore,
Just as it did on the other side,
Just as it will forevermore.
