Obituary of Yvette Côté

Obituary At the Welland Hospital on September 22, 2019 Yvette Côté passed away at the age of 95. Devoted wife of the late Edmond Côté. Cherished grandmaman of 8 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter. She will be missed by her daughter-in-law Hélène McHenry, her brother Léo Doucet (Sara) and Normand Doucet (Reinette). Predeceased by her parents Daniel and Marie Marthe Doucet, her 2 sons Gilles and Claude, her brothers Daniel, Adrien, Roland and her sisters Roma , Simone, Marie Marthe, Thérèse and Célina. Yvette was an active member of the Filles D'Isabelle and the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 4. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main St., Welland on Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Église Sacré Coeur on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. The Rite of Commital will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by the family.
