Obituary of Marianne Nicholls

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Marianne (Lemay) Nicholls on September 10th, 2015 at the age of 54 years. Devoted wife of Randy Nicholls. Loving mother of Troy, Brett (Kiersten) and Angela (Cody) and step-daughter Holly. Cherished daughter of Anne Lemay (Pilon) and the late George Lemay Sr. (2014). She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sister; George Lemay Jr. (Ellen), Cathy (Greg Stephenson) and Rick Lemay (Karen), her mother-in-law Lillian Albu (Gord), her brothers-in-law; Mike (Rhonda), Scott (Diane) and Chris (Lori) and sisters-in-law Vickie (Scott Penwarden) and Karen (Kenny Laws). Fondly remembered by her step granddaughter Gracie and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father-in-law Bruce Nicholls. Marianne enjoyed bowling, karaoke and also sang in the choir at St. Augustine's Church. She dedicated her life to her family and cherished every moment she had with them. Funeral Details In accordance with Marianne's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, 827 East Main Street Welland on Tuesday from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Vigil prayers will be on Tuesday at 2 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, 90 Griffith St., Welland. As expressions of sympathy donations by cheque to the Welland Humane Society will be greatly appreciated by the family. Service Information
