Obituary of Richard Doucet

It is with extreme sadness the family of Richard Doucet announce his sudden passing on August 17th, 2015 at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 49 years. Cherished son of Reinette (Pilote) and Norman Doucet. Loving brother of Marie-Anne (Michel Gauthier). He will be sadly missed by his niece Caroline (Jason Houle) and nephew Gilles Gauthier (Erin Molcan), great niece Emily and great nephew Spencer as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Richard worked for Crowland Paving for over 15 years and had a passion for music. Funeral Details The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, 827 East Main Street, Welland, Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. in Église Sacré Coeur. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations by cheque to the Multiple Sclerosis Society will be appreciated by the family Service Information
