Obituary DUGUAY - Cécile (née Lapierre) 1925-2019 It is with broken hearts we announce Cécile's passing surrounded by her family at her residence on August 16, 2019. Devoted wife of the late Camille Duguay (1971). She will be missed by her children; Reg (Annie), Mike, Gaëtane and Fern, her daughter-in-law Rosa, her grandchildren; Anne, Lynn, Jennifer, Ron, Reg, Jordan (Nathan), Shannon (Tennison), Crystal, Britany and her great grandchildren; Taya, Knight, Tristen and Harrison. Also survived by her brother Benoit Lapierre (Rose Yvette) and her sister Jeannette Vallières and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Albert and Eveline, her son Ron, her sister Yvette and her brothers Rosaire, Armand and Lucien. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main St., Welland on Monday, August 19, 2019 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and again on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 from 10-12 p.m. then proceeding to Woodlawn Cemetery for interment.
