Everyone at Whisky Run Golf Club is deeply saddened by Ginette's passing. We send our most heartfelt condolences to Ron and all of the family. Ginette was a part of our family here too - she and Ron have been members for as long as we can remember and we will miss Ginette terribly. Ginette was an amazing golfer - known for her long drives and her great sense of humour. She was always so humble and gave us heck each time we acknowledged her triumphs! She was a fixture in our Ladies and Mixed leagues and if you were lucky enough to draw her name for your foursome, you knew your team would do well. :) Of course, the results were always secondary to the shared laughs, stories and memories together.
Ron, Ginette, Gus and Zoel played together on a regular basis and Ginette always made it out for our Club Events. They'd sit and have coffee on the patio or in the clubhouse each morning... It won't be the same without her.
We'll miss you Ginette. And we'll think of you often.
