Doucet, Kaboss “Clairmont J.L. Doucet”
Passed away peacefully at the Welland General Hospital on October 9th, 2021, three days short of his 68th birthday.
Beloved husband and best friend of Trudy Mahon. Loving father of Christopher (Jessica) and Cody. Dear brother of Rene (Alice), Jack (Bonnie), Donny (Phil), Laurette (George), Jacqueline (Fred) and Yogi. Cherished grandfather of Thomas and Genevieve. He will also be sadly missed by many, many cousins, nephews, nieces, and friends. Kaboss was predeceased by his parents Daniel and Genevieve, as well as his brothers Marc, Jean-Claude, Raymond, and Leon. He is also missed by his fur baby Lilly and is so thankful for his sister Laurette and her daily walks.
He loved to golf and spend time with his friends on the course. As a fierce Toronto Maple Leafs fan, Saturday night hockey will never be the same again in his man cave!
Special thanks to his nephew Louie for always being there for Kaboss & Trudy, he has been a constant and ongoing help & support. Also, to Niece Lana (P.I.T.A.) for her constant daily support and help. Dr. Phillips & staff at the Walker Clinic, Dr.Thiab (family doctor) & his receptionist Jenn and the Palliative care nurses at Welland General Hospital.
Arrangements entrusted to Welland Funeral Home. Cremation has taken place and at Kaboss’ request a private family celebration of life will take place at a later date. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
