JAMES ALBU 1940-2022

It is with heavy hearts that the family of James Albu announce his passing on January 22nd, 2022, at his residence in Fort Erie at the age of 81.

Loving father of Laura (Richard), Ken (Audrey), James Jr. and Chris. Cherished grandfather of Haley, Michael, and Derek. Dear brother of Gord (Lil) and Carol (late John). James was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #4 and loved being outdoors hunting and fishing. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Ron and Art and sister Barbara. 

WELLAND FUNERAL HOME CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE has been honored to be entrusted with caring for James and his family’s wishes. A celebration of James’s life will take place at a later date. If desired, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be greatly appreciated by the family.
