Obituary GIRARDI - Jeannine (née Godbout) 1931-2019 It is with saddened hearts we announce the unexpected passing of Jeannine Girardi (née Godbout) on May 21, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Bruno Girardi. Loving mother of Raymond (Nicola) and Lorraine (Bill McElroy). She will be missed by her grandchildren; Maggie, Elle, Sophia, Sydney, Quinn. She also leaves her siblings; Robert Godbout(Rita) and Thérèse Audet. Predeceased by her parents Joseph (Marie Labbé), 4 brothers and 3 sisters. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland on Sunday, June 2, 2019 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 3, 2019 at Église Sacré Coeur 72 Empire St., Welland. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Heart & Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society will be appreciated by the family.
