Obituary of Patrick Noel Breen
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patrick Noel Breen on March 29, 2022, in his 82nd year. Cherished father of Roisin (David), Kieran (Christine), Conor (TC), Brendan, and Niall (Ciara). Beloved grandpa to his five grandchildren; Oran, Shay, Molly, Emily and Bella. Treasured brother of Peadar, Liam and Angela. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Nora, as well as his siblings Helena and Michael.
Patrick was born and raised in Dundalk, Ireland. He moved to Canada in 1975 and again in 2009. He loved watching old movies, listening to classical music, soccer, fishing and sharing great conversations with friends and family over a good cup of coffee. He had a keen sense of humour that would lift smiles and spirits. Even when ill himself, Patrick would go to the hospital and pray with others for their health and hearts. Patrick will be missed by many friends and family.
The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, RECEPTION AND CREMATION CENTRE 827 East Main St., Welland, Monday, April 4, 2022, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. The funeral service will be held at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.
