Obituary of Renzo Roversi
It is with saddened hearts the family of Oreste Renzo Roversi announce his passing on May 22, 2022, at the age of 65. Loving father of Erica and Elisa. Treasured son of the late Gherard & Domenica " Mimi" (née Guarasci) Roversi. Dear brother of Flavio (Judy), Fiorenza Lamb, Gary (Cindy) and Saundra Kinsley (Sean). Beloved uncle of Dean, Jasmine, Eric, Isabella and Arianna. Predeceased by his grandparents Oreste & Elisa (née Lodi) Roversi and Pietro & Maria Guarasci.
Renzo was a lifelong mechanic and owner of Renzo's Auto Service in Welland. Renzo also worked for the Niagara Region for 15 years and was forever thankful for the opportunity he was given. He was a good friend to many and was always there to lend a helping hand. He had many adventures in his 65 years and always had a good story to tell. He played soccer in his youth with many friends and was able to pass on his passion for the sport to his loved ones. He also was an avid hunter and fisherman and will always be remembered by friends and family on those cold days. Renzo will forever be most proud of his family and their accomplishments. His kind and gentle heart will continue to live on through them.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE. A private Celebration of Life is being hosted by the family at a later date. Donations made to the Canadian Mental Health Association, or Centre for Addiction and Mental Health or Community Addiction Services of Niagara in Renzo’s honour, would be appreciated by the family.
