Obituary of Etta Farwell

Obituary FARWELL- Agnes Henrietta "Etta" 1926-2019 It is with broken hearts that we announce the death of Etta Farwell at Greater Niagara General Hospital on April 26, 2019 at the age of 92. Cherished mother of Douglas (Cynthia) and Craig Brown. Survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her husband Paschal "Pat" Farwell, sister Sara, brother Wallace, her parents William and Agnes (née Thomson) and Wesley H. Brown. Etta was a Homemaker with the Canadian Red Cross for many years. She loved her music, especially jazz. She sang with The Robert Wood Singers for over 20 years. She also loved playing cards. Keeping with Etta's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 2 until service time at 4 p.m. at the funeral home. A private inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers as an expression of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Red Cross will be appreciated by the family.
