Obituary of Terrence DeMille
The DeMille family is deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Terry at Westhills Care Centre in St. Catharines. Terry passed peacefully on April 3, 2023, at the age of 75. Cherished father of Michael (Gillian) and Tara (Al) Panttila. Treasured brother of: Wayne (Gail), Deborah (Frank) Masotti, Mark (Margaret) and Brian. Terry will be missed by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends. Predeceased by his parents Harold and Jane (née Hay), as well as his sisters Maureen and Patricia (Bill) Evans.
Terry worked as a Metallurgist with Welland Tubes. His company had him working in Birmingham, AL and Houston TX. He was very active in sports during his life. He coached hockey and baseball. His real passion was drawing, at which he was very skilled. There are a number of his drawings scattered among family members. A special thank you to the staff at Westhills Care Centre for the amazing care and thoughtfulness they provided to Terry and the family.
WELLAND FUNERAL HOME, CREMATION AND RECEPTION CENTRE have had the honour of caring for Terry and his family. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place at a later date. Donations made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in Terry’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
