Sincere condolences to Matante's beautiful family.
Life was always full of surprises when she was in a room.
I remember going to Waterloo for Octoberfest, and Matante, my parents, and Sue slept in her trailer which was parked in the UofW residence parking lot. We went to the huge auditorium for the festivities and the minute she walked in, she was talking to the university 'boys'. They bought her drinks, asked her to dance, climbed the rafters to bring her the flags and treated her like the queen of Octoberfest!!! What a blast, and Matante was the reason. Everyone felt special around her. May God grant you eternal life in heaven...

My deepest condolences to my cousins and their families, Matante Gisele left everyone she knew memories, whether it was her stories or her pranks which she had loads of them, she was a loving kind hearted woman, I will cherish my memories I have of her forever.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I got to know Gisele well i worked at St.Charles village. Me and Gisele became very close. I remeber our long talks well she was trying to feed me either her Bread or 1 of her baked goods.I will always remeber her and the fun times we had together.Christmas time was always the best. She would make sure i had my light up neaklace for my shifts over the hoildays.I want to thank the family for sharing her with me.
