Obituary IUDICIANI-Panfilo "Benny" 1936-2019 It is with saddened hearts we announce Benny's sudden death on February 25, 2019 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of Anita (née Grenier). Loving father of Therese & Dick, Ralph, Mike & Donna, Angela & Dave, Louise and Rick. He will be sadly missed by his 10 grandchildren; Nick & Alex, David & Robert, Josh, Julia & Matthew, Eric, Laura, Mélise and 1 great-grandchild Mya. Dear brother of Clem & Domenica, Maria & Giulio and Tonio & Franca. Predeceased by his parents Raffaele and Laurina (née Giampietro), his daughter-in-law Lise (2010) and his daughter Diane (2016). Born in Torre dei Nolfi, Italy and moved to Canada at a young age. He worked as a welder for General Motors. Benny's passion was soccer. He played until he was 35 years old and coached for over 50 years. The family will receive relatives and friends at the WELLAND FUNERAL HOME 827 East Main Street, Welland on Thursday, February 28, 2019 from 2 p.m. - 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Friday, March 1, 2019 at Église Sacré Coeur 72 Empire St., Welland at 12 p.m. Interment will take place at a later date.
